摘  要:钢厂连铸板坯的在线低倍检验,通常采用冷酸腐蚀、热酸腐蚀、电解腐蚀三种腐蚀技术。对某钢厂同一批连铸坯试样进行了三种腐蚀技术的对比试验,探讨了不同腐蚀方法在钢厂生产线应用的优劣。按照GB/T-226标准制备试样,经过铣削、磨光后,分别用冷酸腐蚀、热酸腐蚀、电解腐蚀三种方式进行低倍组织检验评级的对比。在对比试验中,从试样的加工要求、腐蚀工艺参数、操作环境以及试样解析效果和生产效率各方面进行了综合比较,为我国连铸板坯在线低倍检验技术提供方向性参考。Macro-structure detecting method for continuous casting slab on-line in the steel plant, respectively apply the three etching method. They are hot-acid etching, cold-acid etching, electrolytic etching. We tested the same slab samples comparison between three kinds of the etching from a steel plant. The application of different etching methods in steel production line is discussed. According to the GB/T- 226, specimens were prepared. After milling, polishing, compared respectively with cold-acid etching and hot-acid etching, electrolytic etching three ways macro-structure rating. In the experiment, from the sample processing requirements, parameters of etching, environment and effect of sample revealed and production efficiency etc. , makes a comprehensive comparison. That provide directional reference for online etching technology for macro-structure and defect of continuous casting slabs.
