摘　　要：双辊薄带连铸生产过程中,钢液中的金属或非金属氧化物沉积在结晶辊上,不仅会影响凝固过程的传热,而且恶化了铸带的表面质量。采用清理装置可以清除结晶辊表面的氧化物,以提高铸带的表面质量。分析了目前的公开文献和专利,总结了辊面清理装置结构及使用方法。In the twin-roll strip casting process, some nonmetal or metal oxides will be deposited onto the surface of casting rolls from molten steel while strip casting. These deposited oxides will not only affect heat transfer in the solidification but worsen the surface quality of casting strip. Using cleaning device can remove the deposited oxides from surface of casting rolls, so as to improve the surface quality of casting strip. The open literature and patents is analyzed, and the device and control method of cleaning the casting rolls surface on twin-roll strip casting process are summarized.
