摘　　要：介绍了宝钢不锈钢有限公司炼钢厂2号套筒窑运行8年来的耐材局部破损情况。在生产过程中生石灰生过烧严重,粉化率高,造成了窑内透气性恶化,产量难以提升。针对这些情况,制定了多项解决方案:拆除上内筒底部结构,重新焊接钢结构,安装挂砖及部分浇注,对下过桥第一层碹拱砖进行预组装,拆除熔损部位耐材并恢复砌筑,最终达到了套筒窑正常生产的目的。This paper describes the situation of the partially damaged refractory after running eight years since the NO. 2 BASK kiln＇ s delivery of Baosteel Stainless steelmaking plant. In the production process, severely over burnt raw lime and its high chalking rate result in deterioration of the permeability in the kiln and difficulty to improve the yield. A number of solutions are made to tackle these situations： dismantling the structure on the bottom of the inner cylinder and re-welding steel structure, installing hanging tiles and partly casting, pre-assembling the arch brick on the first layer of lower bridge, dismantling and restoring the melting parts of refractory. Ultimately it achieves sleeve kiln back to normal production.
