摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在高血压性心脏病合并左室附壁血栓患者的治疗中如何进行用药分析与药学监护,探讨开展药学服务的方法和思路。方法:临床药师参与1例典型病例住院期间药物治疗方案的制定,进行药学监护,以及判定药品不良反应,以保障患者用药安全、有效。结果与结论:临床药师对患者用药进行分析,并进行药学监护,使患者的临床症状得到明显改善,提高了治疗效果。OBJECTIVE： To explore the approaches for clinical pharmacist to carry out drug use analysis and pharmaceutical care for patients with hypertensive heart disease complicating left ventricular thrombus. METHODS：Clinical pharmacist was involved in the decision making of the therapeutic regimen for one typical case duration hospitalization, pharmaceutical care and assessment of adverse drug reactions to ensure the safety and effectiveness of patient-s medication. RESULTS＆CONCLUSIONS：Clinical pharmacist-s analysis on drug use and pharmaceutical care resulted in significant improvement in clinical symptoms and therapeutic efficacy.
