摘 要:目的比较ELISA法和ECLIA法检测乙肝血清标志物的检测性能。方法用ELISA法(酶联免疫吸附法)和ECLIA(电化学发光法)对HBV血清标志物进行检测,并对强阳性标本进行稀释。结果对120例患者的血清进行HBV五项的检测,ELISA法和ECLIA法对HBs Ag、HBs Ab、HBe Ag三项标志物的检出率无显著性差异(P>0.05),但对HBe Ab和HBc Ab的检测,电化学发光法检出率明显高于ELISA法(P<0.05)。结论乙肝病毒血清标志物的检测,ECLIA法检测血清乙肝标志物的灵敏度和自动化程度均高于ELISA法,并可动态观察疗效和监测病情。Objective To compare the role of ELISA and electroehemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA) in detecting HBV serum markers. Methods ELISA and ECLIA methods were used to detect HBV serum markers, and dilution was conducted on strong positive samples. Results Five serum HBV markers were detected in 120 patients,and there was no significant difference in the detection rate of HBsAg, BsAb and HBeAg between ELISA and ECLIA ( P 〉 0.05 ), but for the detection rate of HbeAb and HBcAb, ECLIA was higher than that of ELISA, ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions For the detection of serum HBV markers, ECLIA is more sensitive and automatic than ELISA, and can be used to dynamically monitor clinical efficacy and disease progress.
