政府创新政策对企业创新行为和绩效的影响评估——以创业板上市公司为例

摘　　要：采取379家创业板上市公司的数据,通过回归模型和路径分析模型实证评估分析可知,政府创新政策对于企业创新行为和绩效均具有积极正向促进作用。企业是技术创新的主体,为调动企业的创新积极性,应进一步加大政府创新政策整体力度,促进企业创新投入和产出。Based on the theoretical analysis of the impact government policies effect on enterprise innovation behavior and performance, we take 379 companies listed on GEM as samples to investigate. The rusults show the government innovation policy has positive promotion function on corporate RD investment and performance. Enterprises are the mainbody of technology innovation, to mobilize the innovation enthusiasm, we should strengthen the overall vigor of government innovation policy,and promote the innovation input and output of enterprises＇ innovation.
