摘　　要：世、亚行贷款不仅给我国经济和社会发展提供了资金支持,而且其贷款项目机构能力建设的实施推动了我国企业的制度创新和技术创新,提升了政府管理理念创新和治理能力,促进了项目管理制度化和规范化。世行贷款河北城市环境项目及亚行贷款河北海滦河流域污染防治项目的成功实施就是例证。The world bank and the Asian development bank loan not only provides financial support for the economic and social development of our country, the implementation of the building and its loan project organization ability promotes enterprises＇ system innovation and technological innovation in our country, improves the government management innovation and the management ability, promotes the institutionalization and standardization management of projects.The world bank loan of Hebei urban environment project and the Asian development bank loan of Hebei Hai Luan He basin pollution prevention project are implemented successfully are the cases in point.
