摘　　要：本文从《黄帝内经》角度出发,通过《内经》中关于消渴病因病机、临床表现、变证、治疗的记载,以及五脏俞穴的取穴定位、主治规律的论述,探究了针刺五脏俞穴治疗消渴可以收到良好的效果。并强调了《内经》中"治未病"理论在消渴治疗中的重要性。这对于针刺五脏俞穴治疗消渴在临床中的应用具有重要意义。From the perspective of Huangdi＇s Internal Classic, this thesis explored that the treatment of diabetes by acupuncture internal organs shu aeupoints can receive good results through the recored of treatment in pathogenesis of diabetes, clinical manifestations, complications ,treatment, and positioning of internal organs shu acupoints and law of indications. It also emphasis the significant improtance of preventive treatment theory treating diabetes in Huangdi＇s Internal Classic. All of those would offer important significance to treat diabetes by acupuncture internal organs shu acupoints in clinical application.
