獐宝治疗大鼠胃癌前期病变的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察獐宝对胃癌前期病变大鼠的治疗作用。方法大鼠采用MNNG自由饮水法配合抑酸、饥饱失常及脱氧胆酸钠、乙醇灌胃法联合造模,分为空白组、模型对照组、三个剂量组(25mg/kg、50mg/kg、100mg/kg),治疗12周后,观察一般情况、体重及胃黏膜病理。结果獐宝组均有不同程度的活动及饮食增多,体重增加;三组均较模型对照组黏膜病变轻,高剂量组异型增生及肠化较中、低剂量组减少。结论獐宝组均有不同程度的活动及饮食增多,体重增加。獐宝具有改善胃癌前病变大鼠一般情况,提高体重,预防和治疗胃癌前病变、减少恶性胃癌发生率的作用。Objective Observe the treatment for precancerous lesions of gastric cancer in rats by the milk solid in stomach of baby Chinese water deer. Mehtods Rats were established with the MNNG method cooperate with acid, hunger disturbance suppression, sodium deoxycholic acid, ethanol lavage method, divided into blank group, model control group, 25mg/kg, 50mg/kg, 100mg/kg of the milk solid in stomach of baby Chinese water deer, 12 weeks after treatment, observe the general condition, body weight and gastric mucosal pathology. Results All of the group with the the milk solid in stomach of baby Chinese water deer have different degrees of activity and diet, weight gain; and improve the mucosal lesions better than the model control group, 100mg/kg group of dysplasia and intestinal obviously less than 50mg/kg, 25mg/kg group. Conclusion The milk solid in stomach of baby Chinese water deer group have different degrees of activity and diet, weight gain. The milk solid in stomach of baby Chinese water deer can increase the weight, prevention, treat for precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and reduce the incidence of malignant cancer of the stomach.
