参与清洁生产标准制定 提高企业核心竞争力

摘　　要：用清洁生产的理念和方法来指导工业生产过程的资源和环境管理,实现资源和环境可持续发展。本文以企业积极参与制定氯化钾清洁生产地方标准为例,来阐述企业如何通过参与清洁生产技术地方标准的制定,为推进青海省氯化钾企业清洁生产、环保低能耗和企业经济和社会效益双丰收的可持续发展模式展开积极的探索。Sustainable development of resources and the environment can be achieved by using clean production concepts and methods to guide resource and environmental management of industrial processes. Using companies which actively involved in developing local standards for clean production of potassium chloride as an example, the paper illustrates how companies by active participation of local standards development in clean production technologies to promote clean production of potassium chloride in Qinghai, and to explore the sustainable development model for the enterprise to achieve low energy consumption and environmental protection, and meantime to bring in economical and social benefits.
