摘 要:利用水热法在Cu片上制备Cu(OH)2纳米线阵列,将单壁碳纳米管(SWCNTs)涂覆在其表面并进行低温热处理,获得一维Cu O/CNTs复合纳米结构体系。利用场发射扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪对复合材料的表面形貌和结构进行表征,并对其进行场发射测试。结果表明,SWCNTs薄膜呈网状结构互相交联,均匀覆盖整个纳米Cu O薄膜约一半的面积;Cu O/CNTs复合结构具有低的开启场强(0.8 V/μm)、高的场增强因子和稳定的发射电流,该复合结构在场发射应用领域表现出较好的前景。The CuO nanowires/single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) composite coatings were fabricated via drop-coating of SWCNTs on the Cu(OH)2 nanowires vertically grown on Cu substrate in hydrothermal method followed by sintering in air at 200℃ for 2 h. The micmstmctures and field emission characteristics of the CuO nanowims/SWCNTs coatings were characterized with X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy. The SWCNTs bundles were found to homogenously distribute in mesh-shaped patches, on almost half of the surface areas of the CuO nanowire-array films. The results show that the CuO nanowires/SWCNTs composite coating is a promising field emission material because of its favorable field emission properties. For instance, it has a low on-set field of about 0.8 V/μm, a high field enhancement fac- tor of 12084,and good emission stability, possibly because of good thermal conductivity of CuO nano-wires. Besides, its technical strengths include easy fabrication at a low temperature and low fabrication cost.
