摘　　要：豌豆骨由胚胎时期的中胚层发育而来,不要看体积小,其内却有两个骨化中心的存在。脱位是指腕关节在受到外力或自身扭转力量的作用下导致固定豌豆骨的韧带撕裂,使其离开解剖位置的一种病变。临床上较为少见,现利用我院收治的1例患者,从豌豆骨的解剖毗邻及诊断治疗方面做些较为详尽的分析,希望通过阅读本文可能会对这类损伤有更好的认识,减少漏诊及误诊的发生,从而避免不必要的医疗差错。The pisiform bone develops from mesoderm,and there are two ossification centers despite small.Wrist joint dislocation is a lesion that ligament fixed the pisiform bone is torn and wrist joint left the anatomical position by external or self torsional force.It＇s comparatively rare.The objective is to analyze anatomical of the pisiform bone and diagnosis and treatment detailed.The article is aimed to make the readers have a better understanding of this kind of injury,reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of,so as to avoid unnecessary medical errors.
