摘  要:为评价家蚕茧壳药食开发利用的安全性,以小鼠为实验动物进行急性毒性和致突变试验。将家蚕茧壳粉碎成细粉掺入饲料后,以12.0 g/(kg·d)的家蚕茧壳干粉添食剂量连续2周饲喂小鼠,观察测定家蚕茧壳干粉对雌、雄小鼠的LD50均>12.0 g/kg,属实际无毒级物质。致突变试验分别以12.0、3.0、1.5 g/(kg·d)3组家蚕茧壳干粉添食剂量连续4 d(小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变试验)或5 d(小鼠精子畸变试验)给小鼠喂食,调查检测3个剂量组小鼠骨髓细胞染色体的突变率,雌性均为0.17%,雄性均为0,与阴性对照组相比均不存在显著性差异(P>0.05),检验结果为阴性;小鼠精子突变率与阴性对照组之间也不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,家蚕茧壳干粉属于实际无毒级物质,可作为口服用品的原料开发利用。In order to evaluate the security of silkworm cocoon, a potent raw material for development of medicine and food, acute toxicity and mutagenicity test of silkworm cocoon were carried out on mice. Raw silkworm cocoons were smashed into fine powder, mixed with mouse food, and fed to mice at dosage of 12.0 g/(kg, d) for two weeks. The LD^o of silkworm cocoon to both female and male mice were over 12.0 g/kg, meaning that silkworm cocoon belongs to substance of virtually non-toxic grade. Mutagenicity test was conducted by consecutive feeding of silkworm cocoon dry powder for 4 d (mouse bone marrow cell chromosome aberration test) and for 5 d (mouse sperm shape aberration test) at dose of 12. 0, 3.0 and 1.5 g/(kg, d) respectively. The chromosome aberration rate of all 3 dosage groups was 0. 17% in female mice and zero in male mice, having no significant difference with negative control (P〉0. 05). Mouse sperm shape aberration test showed no significant difference between all dose groups and negative control either (P〉0. 05). In summary, dry powder of silkworm cocoons belongs to substance of virtually non-toxic grade, which can be uti- lized as raw material for development of oral products.
