西部地区农民专业合作社规模经济与范围经济实证分析——基于新疆合作社调研数据

摘　　要：应用超越对数成本函数和SUR法,选取新疆4地区和2个自治州68家种植类农民专业合作社2010—2012年的截面数据,对样本合作社的规模经济和范围经济进行测算。结果表明:样本合作社具有较小的总体规模经济和显著的总体范围经济,主导产品、化肥和农膜具有显著的特定产品规模经济,而5种产出都具有显著的范围经济。最后,依据测算结果并结合西部地区农民专业合作社发展实况,提出几点政策建议。In this paper, the Generalized Translog Cost Function and SUR method were used to calculate the sample cooperatives economies of scale and economies of scope based on sectional data of 68 planting farmers＇ cooperatives in four regions and two autonomous of Xinjiang in 2010-2012. The results showed that the cooperatives had small overall economies of scale and significant economies of scope; leading products, fertilizers and plastic for agriculture sheeting had significant product-specific economies of scale, and five kinds of output had significant product-specific economies of scope. Finally, based on the measurement results, combined with the development of farmer cooperatives in the western region, the author provided several policy recommendations for the relevant government departments and cooperatives policymakers.
