摘 要:目的建立海南龙血竭的HPLC分析方法。方法采用对照品鉴定了17个化合物,并选取其中三种黄酮类成分进行含量测定。结果 4,4'-二羟基-2-甲氧基二氢查耳酮、4,4'-二羟基-2,6-二甲氧基二氢查耳酮、(2S)-7,3'-二羟基-4'-甲氧基黄烷浓度分别在10~50μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9)、24~120μg·ml-1(r=0.9995)、48~240μg·ml-1(r=0.999 8)内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为97.73%(RSD=0.02%)、97.46%(RSD=0.03%)、99.44%(RSD=1.12%)(n=5);成分含量分别为为2.2,1.0,2.2 mg/g。结论该方法精密度和重现性好,可用于海南龙血竭的质量控制。Objective The HPLC analysis method of Dragong blood from Dracaena cambodiana was extablished. Methods The total of 17 compounds were identified by standard substance, and three of the flavonoids were quantiative analyzed. Results The calibration curves were linear within the range of 10 μg·ml^-1 - 50μg · ml ^- 1 ( r = 0. 999 9 ) for 4,4'- dihydroxy - 2 - methoxy - dihydroehalcone ,24μg·ml^-1- 120μg·ml^-1 ( r = 0. 999 5 ) for 4,4'- dihydroxy - 2,6 - dimethoxydihydrochalcone, and 48 μg·ml^-1- 240μg·ml^-1 ( r = 0. 999 8 ) for ( 2s ) - 7,3 "- dihydroxy - 4 '- methoxyflavane, respectively. The average recoveries were 97.93% ( RSD = 0.02% ), 97.46% ( RSD = 0.03 % ) and 99.44% ( RSD = 1.12% ) ( n = 5 ), respectively. The ingredient con- tents were 2.2rag/g, 1.0mg/g and 2.2rag/g, respectively. Conclusion This method has good repeatability and high precision, and can be used for the quality control of Dragon's blood from Dracaena cambodiana.
