摘  要:目的建立女贞子药材的高效液相指纹图谱,并同时测定女贞子中红景天苷和特女贞苷的含量。方法采用高效液相法测定,色谱条件:Ultimate AQ C-18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;检测波长为275nm;体积流量为1.0 ml·min^-1;柱温为35℃。结果红景天苷、特女贞苷分别在进样量0.113 2~5.66μg(r=0.999 9)、0.146 9~7.345μg(r=0.999 8)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.3%、100.8%,按此方法建立了女贞子药材的HPLC指纹图谱,包含12个共有峰。结论该试验同时对女贞子的两种成分和指纹图谱进行分析,快速、简便、准确,为控制女贞子药材的质量提供了可靠的分析方法。Objective To develop a HPLC method of the chromatographic fingerprint of Ligustrum lucidum for quality control. Methods HPLC was used to determine the contents. The analytical column was Ultimate AQ C - 18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm). The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile (A) and water (B) with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was set at 275 nm ,the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min^-1 and the column temperature was mainrained at 35 ℃. Results The fingerprint chro- matography included 12 mutual peaks. The linear ranges were in the range of 0. 113 2 -5.66 μg( r = 0. 999 9) ,0. 146 9 -7. 345 μg( r = 0. 999 8 ) for salidroside and specnuezhenide, respectively the average recoveries were 98.3% , 100.8%. Conclusion The method is rapidly, simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Ligustrum lucidum .
