远志总皂苷有效部位含量测定及HPLC-MS定性分析

摘　　要：目的建立远志总皂苷有效部位质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定远志有效部位中远志酸、远志皂苷元含量,并采用HPLC-MS技术对远志总皂苷有效部位进行定性分析。结果有效部位中远志酸平均含量为3.68%,RSD:0.72%,远志皂苷元平均含量为5.57%,RSD:2.54%。HPLC-MS分析初步鉴定5个化合物,分别是远志皂苷A、远志皂苷F、远志皂苷E、远志皂苷B、Polygalasaponina XXXII。结论该方法可有效控制远志总皂苷有效部位质量。Objective To establish the method for quality control of total Saponins in effective fraction from Radix Polygalae. Methods HPLC was used to measure the contents of senegenin and polygalacic acid in effective fraction and HPLC - MS was used to be qualitative analysis of total saponins. Results The average contents of polygalacic acid is 3.68% ,RSD = 0.72% , the aver- age contents of senegenin is 5.57% ,RSD = 2.54%. The total saponins were identified 5 compounds by HPLC - MS,tenuigenin A, F, E, B and Polygalasaponina XXXII. Conclusion The method can be used for quality control of total Saponins from Radix Po- lygalae.
