摘 要:目的研究癫痫清颗粒中β-细辛醚在大鼠体内的药代动力学。方法用HPLC法测定大鼠体内不同时间的β-细辛醚的血药浓度,用DAS软件进行药代动力学分析。结果建立了用HPLC法测定β-细辛醚血药浓度的方法,大鼠口服癫痫清颗粒后,β-细辛醚在体内的药时过程为线性动力学过程,符合一级吸收二室模型,t1/2:8.238 h,Cmax:1.88 mg·L-1,Tmax:0.167h,AUC0-t:2.467mg·h-1·L-1,AUC0-∞:3.32 mg·h-1·L-1。结论实验方法简便、快速、灵敏,血浆中内源性物质及复方中各组分药物不干扰测定,可为癫痫清颗粒临床和量化研究提供可靠的依据。Objective To study pharmacokinetic of β - asarone in DianXian Qing Granule in rats. Methods HPLC method is ap- plied to determine the β - asarone blood drug concentration of different time in rats, and use DAS software pharmacokinetic analy- sis. Results β - asarone blood drug concentration was determined by HPLC method is established, after rats oral DianXian Qing Granule, the inner body process of β -asarone in rabbit accords with two - compartment model with 1 st order absorption, t1/2:8. 238h,Cmax :1.88mg·L^-1 ,Tmax :0. 167h,AUC0-t :2. 467mg·h·L^-1, AUCo-∞ :3.32mg·h·L^-1. Conclusion This experiment method is simple, rapid and sensitive, endogenous substances in the plasma and in the compound drugs do not interfere with deter- mination, and this method can clear particles epilepsy for a reliable basis for clinical and quantitative research.
