摘 要:目的制备由苍术与艾叶等挥发油组成的苍艾鼻用微球,探究其最佳制备工艺,以增加挥发油在制剂中的稳定性,增强其疗效。方法以明胶与阿拉伯胶为载体,采用乳化交联法制备微球,并通过考察微球粒径、粒径分布载药量和包封率等指标,采用正交试验设计法优化微球的制备工艺;通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜和紫外分光光度法等评价微球质量。结果在最佳制备工艺条件下,采用乳化法交联法所制备的苍艾微球形态圆整,粒径均匀,分散性良好,平均粒径为49.45μm,粒径跨度为0.32μm,平均载药量为7.46%,药物包封率为23.05%。结论优选制备工艺所得的微球具有很好的储存稳定性和操作重复性,工艺具有可行性。Objective To prepare microspheres of Cangai volatile oils which extracted from Atractylodes lancea (ThuMb.) DC. and Folium Artemisiae Argyi, and explore the best preparation technology of Cangai Microspheres so as to increase the stability of volatile oil in the preparation and enhance its efficacy. Methods Gelatin and Arabic gum were used as carriers, and the micro- spheres were prepared by emulsifying and cross - linking technique. Orthogonal design method was used to obtain the optimum technique, with the diameter of the microspheres, diameter distribution, drug loading amount and envelopment rate as the inde- xes. The product was characterized by light microscope, scanning election microscope and UV spectrophotomett~~. Results The product prepared according to the optimal technique of emulsifying and cross - linking was in good shape with smooth surface and even in size, good dispersion. The average diameter was 49.45 μm, the span of particle size was O. 32, the average drug loading rate was 7.46%, envelop rate was 23.05%. Conclusion The established preparation technique was practical and could enhance the storage stability and the durability in the repeated use.
