基于生物计量学的野菊花及其伪品的鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的鉴别野菊花以及伪品。方法测量野菊花及其伪品的药材舌状花长度、粉末中花粉粒直径、花粉囊内壁细胞直径这三个指标,运用SPSS20.0软件对结果进行统计分析。结果聚类分析和判别分析显示,上述方法能够鉴别野菊花的真伪,但伪品之间不能准确区分。结论野菊花及其伪品之间可以通过上述指标,可以建立一种鉴别真伪的方法。Objective To identify Chrysanthemum Indici Flos and its adulterants . Methods The 3 indexes of the length of ray florets of Chrysanthemum Indici Flos, diameters of pollen grains and the inner wall cells of pollen sac in powder on Chrysanthe- mum Indici Flos and its aduherants were measured. The statistic analysis was completed by SPSS 20.0 software. Results Cluster analysis and discriminant analysis showed that the method could identify the authenticity of the Chrysanthemum Indici Flos, but could not distinguish between adulterants. Conclusion A method to identify Chrysanthemum lndici Flos and its adulterants through the indexes.
