摘  要:目的建立近红外光谱技术快速无损鉴别南板蓝根药材真伪优劣的方法。方法应用近红外光谱技术结合模式识别法分析药材,采用OPUS/INDENT定性分析的沃德法进行聚类分析,并进行光谱间相似度计算,对南板蓝根的真伪优劣进行快速无损鉴别。结果在8983.2~5388.4cm^-1、4964.1~4050cm^-1区域,基于聚类分析的模式识别法可以鉴别南板蓝根真伪优劣,与相似度计算结果一致。结论近红外光谱聚类分析和相似度计算方法具有简单、快速、可操控性等特性,可用于南板蓝根真伪优劣的鉴别。Objective To establish a rapid and non - destructive method to differentiate Baphicacanthis Cusiae from its adulter- ants. Methods To analyse the medicinal herbs by near infrared spectroscopy and pattern recognition methods. Using the Ward'S Algorithm on OPUS/INDENT qualitative analysissoft ware for cluster analysis and computing the spectral comparability. Results The pattern recognition method based on cluster analysis of Baphicacanthis Cusiae Rhizoma et Radix could identify its a- dulterants in 8983.2 -5388.4cm^-1,4964. 1 -4050cm^-1 region. Both results were consistent with the similarity calculation.Conclusion The method is simple, fast, and maneuverable which can be used for the identification of Baphicacanthis cusiae and its adulterants.
