摘 要:目的分析鉴定火炭母和粗毛火炭母药材。方法采用傅里叶红外光谱技术,通过红外Omnic 7.0软件处理各样品图谱,比对分析火炭母和粗毛火炭母的红外光谱特征。结果火炭母和粗毛火炭母的指纹图谱和相似度相近,差异较为显著之处为指纹区1041cm-1和825cm-1附近的峰形和峰高,火炭母1041cm-1附近的峰形为顿峰而粗叶火炭母1041cm-1附近的峰形为尖锋;火炭母有825cm-1特征吸收峰,而粗叶火炭母该特征吸收峰不明显。结论该方法具有简便、快速、灵敏等特点,可作为火炭母和粗毛火炭母药材定性鉴别方法。Objective To analyze and identify the crude drug of Polygonum chinensis L. and P. chinensis L. var. hispidum Hook. f. Methods Used Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and infrared spectra of each sample was processed by Omnic 7.0 software. The characteristics of infrared spectra from Polygonum chinensis L. and P. chinensis L. vat. Hispidum Hook. f. were compared and analyzed by conventional Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). Results The fingerprinting and similarity between Po- lygonum chinensis L. and P. chinensis L. var. hispidum Hook. f. is close, the significant difference place is the peak shape and peak height of the fingerprint region near 1041cm^-1 and 825cm^-1. The peak shape near 1041cm^-1 of Polygonum chinensis L. is dayton peak, but the peak shape near 1041cm^-1 of P. chinensis L. vat. hispidum Hook. f. is rush; Polygonum chinensis L. has characteristic absorption peak of 825cm^- 1 , but this characteristic absorption peak of P. chinensis L. var. hispidum Hook. f. is ob- vious. Conclusion These methods are simple, rapid, sensitive and can used as the qualitative detection method for Polygonum chinensis L. and P. chinensis L. vat. hispidum Hook. f. crude drugs.
