古今“益髓”类中药之探究

摘　　要："益髓"类中药是中医药学发展应用中的重要组成部分,"益髓"类药物在历代本草衍变中不断增补填充,有的药物性能逐渐完善,有的通过临床实践增加了益髓作用的记载,致使"益髓"类药物数量逐渐增多,功效逐渐标准、细化。通过对古今主流本草中具有"益髓"功效的中药进行初步统计分析,探讨"益髓"类中药在古今应用中的发展衍变历程及其变化原因,深入地发掘"益髓"类药物的功效及应用规律,为此类药物能更好地指导临床应用提供理论基础。Objective The＂ Nourishing marrow＂ Chinese herbal medicine is a major part of development and application in the Chinese herbs. The＂ Nourishing marrow＂ Chinese herbal medicine was supplemented increasingly in the process of ancient＂ Herb- al medica＂. The nature of some herbs perfected gradually,while the functions of ＂Nom＇ishing marrow＂ were recorded on the basis of clinical practice. Moreover, the number of the herbs of ＂Nourishing marrow＂ is increasing gradually and the functions are be- coming specificly standardization. By statistically analyzing the functions of herbs in ancient mainstream herbal books, we sort out ＂Nourishing marrow＂ by theory, method, prescription, medicine and clinical application, to study the progress of development and the reasons of changes in clinical application for the＂ Nourishing marrow＂ Chinese herbal medicine, to observe furthcrly the functions and applied rules of the drugs of ＂Norishing marrow＂ , in order to provide theoretical basis for us to apply tile drugs of ＂Norishing marrow＂ in clinical.
