浅析影响腧穴配伍效应的因素

摘　　要：科学合理的配伍是使针灸具有较高疗效的关键所在,不同的配伍方式将产生不同的效应结果,腧穴之间可能产生协同作用、无作用或拮抗作用,直接影响疾病的治疗。只有精当的腧穴配伍才能充分发挥腧穴的治疗作用,提高疗效,减少患者痛苦。影响腧穴配伍的因素众多,包括体质差异、刺激方式、刺激强度、刺激时间、补泻方法、腧穴特性等。文章综合近年来有关腧穴配伍方面的研究进展,将影响腧穴配伍的因素概括为刺激量、腧穴特异性及体质差异三个方面进行分析,探讨以上因素影响腧穴配伍及其效应差异的机制。Reasonable allocation is the key that has high efficacy of Acupuncture. Different combinations will have different effects. It may produce synergistic effect, no effect or antagonistic effect between acupoints, and directly influence the treatment effects. Combination of acupoints can only accurate fully exert their therapeutic effects, points to improve the curative effect, re- duce the suffering of patients. Many factors affect the combination of acupoints, including stimulation of physical differences, stim- ulation, strength, duration of stimulation, reinforcing and reducing method, acupoint characteristics. In this paper the recent stud- ies on acupoints compatibility progress, the influence factors of the aeupoints compatibility is generalized into three aspects, the specificity of acupoint stimulation and physical differences were analyzed, the mechanism of the above factors and the effect of dif- ferent combination of acupoints.
