康惠尔水胶体敷料联合泡沫敷料预防褥疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨康惠尔水胶体敷料联合泡沫敷料在预防褥疮中的临床效果。方法:选取我科于2011年3月至2013年3月期间收治的184例术后卧床患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组92例,其中对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予康惠尔水胶体敷料联合泡沫敷料预防,比较两组患者的褥疮发生率。结果:观察组患者的褥疮发生率为7.60%,明显低于对照的24.10%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对卧床患者采用康惠尔水胶体敷料联合泡沫敷料预防,效果显著,值得临床使用。Objective： To investigate the preventive effect of Comfeel hydrocolloid dressing combined with foam dressing on pressure ulcer patients. Methods： 184 cases of bedridden patients after operation in our department were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 92 cases each;the control group received routine nursing care, the observation group were treated with Comfeel hydrocolloid dressing combined with foam dressing for pressure ulcer prevention; the incidence rates of pressure ulcer of the two groups were compared. Results： The pressure ulcer rate of the control group was 24.10%, and that of the observation group was 7.60%. There was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Comfeel hydrocolloid dressing combined with foam dressing has remarkable effect on pressure ulcer, which is worthy of clinical widely application.
