摘  要:目的:了解护理本科生对循证护理学的认识程度以及护理本科生对在本科阶段设置循证护理学课程的态度。方法:通过随机抽样的方法抽取260名在临床实习的护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果:46.5%的护生表示不了解循证护理学,41.15%表示略有了解,仅有12.35%表示非常了解;75.31%的护生认为有必要在本科阶段开设循证护理学课程,仅有16.46%认为没必要开设;认为有必要开设循证护理学的护生中,53%选择了"必修课",其余则选择了"选修课";师资来源方面,普遍认为应由有较高的学历、对循证护理学充分了解并能灵活运用、表达能力强、并且具有丰富临床工作经验的老师担任。此外,专业兴趣、自主学习能力、调查之前对循证护理学的了解程度与认为有必要开设循证护理学课程之间呈显著正相关。结论:目前护理本科生对循证护理学的了解不够充分但是对于在本科阶段开设循证护理学课程多持积极赞成的态度。Objective: To survey the awareness of evidence-based nursing in nursing undergraduates and the students' attitude towards the offer of evidence-based nursing course at undergraduate level. Methods:A total of260 students were randomly selected from the students who were practicing in the clinic,then questionnaire survey was conducted. Results:46.5% of the nursing students didn't know about the evidence-based nursing; 41.15%knew something about it; only 12.35% knew it very much; 75.31% thought it's necessary to offer evidence-based nursing course at the undergraduate level; only 16.46% thought it's unnecessary. Around the students who thought it's necessary, 53% chose compulsory, and the rest chose elective, About the sources of teachers, most of students thought the teachers should come from the clinic have higher education, know much about the evidencebased nursing and can use it flexibly, and be good at expressing. In addition, the interesting in nursing, self-learning skills, the awareness of the evidence-based nursing before the investigation were significant positively correlated with the acknowledgement of the necessity of the offer of evidence-based nursing course. Conclusion:Currently, the nursing undergraduates don't know much about the evidence-based nursing, but most of them are in positive attitudes towards the offer of evidence-based nursing course in their undergraduate stage.
