摘  要:母排参数是大功率电力电子装置传导噪声模型的重要组成部分。准确提取母排电阻、电感、电容值对精确建立传导模型及主电路结构优化均具有重要意义。基于损耗叠加原理改进了母排电阻的提取方法,并推导复杂波形电流流过母排时的电阻计算公式;总结适用于求解母排电感、电容值的简单解析及有限元仿真方法,并建立实物模型;通过计算、仿真、实测进行对比,验证了求解方法的正确性。Bus parameters are the important part of conducted noise models of high power electronic devices.Accurate extraction of bus resistance,inductance,capacitance values is significant to establish accurate conducted noise model and optimize main circuit structure. Based on the loss superposition principle,this paper improves the extraction method of bus resistance and deduces the calculation formulation of the resistance for the complex waveform current flowing through the bus. Simple analytical solution and finite element simulation were summed up for the solution of bus inductance and capacitance. By establishing the physical model,the accuracy of the method was validated by comparing the results of calculation,simulation and measurement.
