摘 要:为了测量铜触头开关电弧的温度,研究了在满足局部热力学平衡条件下的电弧测温原理,设计了能够持续燃烧数微秒的暂态电弧和数毫秒的稳态电弧试验。使用HR2000+光谱仪实现了电弧同步采集;分析了比色测温的选取原则,并得到用于测量电弧温度的Cu谱线对;结合测温公式,分别测得不同电流和燃弧时间下的电弧温度在7 000~10 000 K之间,且随着电流升高温度逐渐升高,同时得到真空电弧温度低于空气电弧温度。电弧温度的测量为揭示断路器开关介质恢复成败,从而进一步提高断路器性能提供理论依据。In order to measure the temperature of switching arc of copper contacts,the principle of arc temperature measurement was researched on the condition of local thermodynamic equilibrium. Steady arc burning for milliseconds and transient arc burning for microseconds were designed and produced. Arc synchronous acquisition was realized using the HR2000 + spectrometer. Meanwhile,the selection principles of colorimetric temperature measurement were analyzed and copper spectrum line couples used to measure temperature were obtained. Furthermore,combined with the temperature measuring formula,arc temperaturs were measured under different currents and arcing time respectively. It is found that the arc temperature varies from 7 000 K to 10 000 K,and with the current increasing,the temperature rises gradually. The arc temperature in vacuum is lower than the air arc temperature. The measurement of arc temperature provides the theoretical basis for revealing whether the circuit breaker media recovery is successful and further improving the performance of breaking.
