摘 要:研究分析了虚拟发电厂(VPP)参与电力市场的基本运作机制,并以此为基础,设计了不同备用付费机制下VPP参与能量-备用市场的优化运行模型。考虑到VPP内部的相应约束条件,结合对能量市场与旋转备用市场的电价信息预测,优化调度VPP内分布式电源(DG)输出情况,进而实现VPP的经济效益最大化。最后,通过算例仿真验证了模型的有效性。The concept of Virtual power plant( VPP) was introduced,and based on the scheme that can generally represent the operation of a VPP in the market,a model to study on the optimal operation of VPP in a joint market of energy and spinning reserve service was presented,considering different reserve payment method,including payment for power delivered and payment for reserve allocated. Based on the forecasted prices of energy market and spinning reserve market,the model determines the optimal operation strategy of the DGs and controllable loads owned by VPP to achieve the maximization of profits gained by participating in the electricity market and providing ancillary services. In addition,a series of constraints such as DG constraint,supply-demand constraint and reserve constraint of VPP are taken into account in the strategy. At last,the effectiveness of the proposed model was verified by the simulation.
