肥胖型与非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征超声影像学表现及其内分泌指标分析

摘　　要：目的分析肥胖型与非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)超声影像学表现及其内分泌指标。方法选取2013年1月~12月收治的80例PCOS患者作为研究对象,按照体重指数分为肥胖组(n=40,≥25 kg/m^2)和非肥胖组(n=40,<25 kg/m^2),全部患者均给予超声检查,对两组患者的各超声参数和内分泌指标浓度进行比较,分析超声参数和各内分泌指标之间的相关性。结果肥胖组患者的卵巢体积同比非肥胖组,明显增大;FINS浓度、HOMA明显高于非肥胖组;FSH浓度显著低于非肥胖组;差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)有可比性。非肥胖组肥胖组卵巢间质动脉RI和SHBG浓度以及卵巢泡数和LH/FSH、FT浓度呈正相关性;非肥胖组卵巢泡数与LH/FSH、FT浓度呈正相关性,卵巢体积和FT浓度呈正相关性;两组患者的超声参数和内分泌指标之间没有相关性。结论肥胖型与非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征超声影像学表现及其内分泌指标之间存在差异,但也存在一定的相关性。Objective To analyze fueling and fueling polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） ultrasonic imaging findings and endocrine. Methods Choose 2013 January - December 80 PCOS patients treated as the research object, according to the weight of index is divided into obesity group （n = 40） 25 kg/m^2 or and non-obese group （n = 40, 〈 25 kg/m^2）, all patients were given ultrasound, ultrasonic parameters in two groups of patients and concentration of endocrine, analysis of the correlation between ultrasonic parameters and various endocrine. Results Obese patients with ovarian volume compared to non-obese group, increased obviously; Concentration of FINS, HOMA significantly higher than the non-obese group; FSH concentration was significantly lower than non-obese group; Statistically significant difference （P〈 0.05）; Other indicators to compare difference of no statistical significance （P〉 0.05）. Non-obese group obesity ovaries mesenchyme artery RI and SHBG concentration and bubble number and LH/FSH, FT concentration was positively correlation;Non-obese group of ovarian bubble number and LH/FSH, FT concentration was positively correlation, ovarian volume and FT concentration was positively correlation; Two groups of patients with no correlation between ultrasonic parameters and endocrine. Conclusion Fueling and fueling polycystic ovary syndrome differences between ultrasonic imaging findings and its endocrine, but also exists certain relevance.
