子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的：分析和探讨妇产科临床上采用子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的疗效及其安全性评价。方法：回顾性分析本院2009年11月～2013年11月收治的132例剖宫产术中产后出血患者临床资料，所有患者随机分成观察组和对照组，对照组55例患者采用传统的方法进行治疗，观察组66例患者采用子宫背带式缝合术进行治疗，比较两组患者临床治疗的止血有效率、手术平均费时、术后平均住院时间、术后首次下床活动时间以及术后并发症发生率等。结果：经过临床治疗，观察组患者的临床治疗的止血有效率为96.97%（64/66），对照组患者的临床治疗的止血有效率为89.39%（59/66），两组数据相比，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组患者在手术平均费时、术后平均住院时间、术后首次下床活动时间方面均显著短于对照组患者，两组患者的以上数据差异均显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组患者临床治疗后并发症发生率为3.30%（2/66），对照组患者临床治疗后并发症发生率为10.61%（7/66），两组数据差异极显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：本研究结果表明，妇产科临床上采用子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的疗效确切，能显著改善患者的临床止血效果，缩短患者手术以及住院时间，患者能在术后早期下床进行康复训练，改善和提高了患者的生活质量，因此值得临床推广使用。Objective to analysis and discussion of obstetrics and gynecology clinical use sun back of uterus suture technique treatment the curative effect of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section and its safety evaluation.Methods in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in November 2009 to November 2013 were analyzed in 132 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section patients clinical data, all the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group 55 cases were treated by the conventional methods for treatment, observation group, 66 cases of patients with uterine sun back decompression treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical treatment of hemostatic effectiveness, average operation time consuming, the average length of hospital stay, postoperative ambulation, for the first time after time and incidence of postoperative complications.Results observation group of patients after clinical treatment, the clinical treatment of bleeding effective rate was 96.97% （64/66）, the control of clinical treatment in patients with bleeding effective rate was 89.39% （59/66）, two groups of data compared with significant difference, statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）;Observation group of patients in the average average operation time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative bed first time were significantly shorter than that in control group patients, two groups of patients with significant difference were observed in the data above, statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）;Observation group of patients after clinical treatment the incidence of complications was 3.30% （2/66）, control group patients after clinical treatment the incidence of complications was 10.61% （7/66）, and extremely significant differences in two groups of data, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion this study result shows that the treatment of obstetrics and gynecology clinical use sun back of uterus suture curative effect of postpartum hemorrhage in cesar
