摘 要:以PAMAMs(聚酰胺-胺)超支化聚合物作为UF(脲醛树脂)的改性剂,考察了PAMAMs的添加方式对UF的黏度、固含量、固化时间、固化特性、游离甲醛含量、树脂结构及所制备板材力学强度的影响。研究结果表明:当PAMAMs在缩聚阶段加入时,改性UF的性能相对最好,其黏度下降了1.1 s、固含量增加了3.2%且固化时间缩短了39.1 s,但改性前后游离甲醛含量变化不大;该改性UF的固化速率提高、最大弹性模量增加和固化温度有所下降,并且其结构得到优化,即亚甲基桥键比例增加了86.98%、亚甲基醚键比例下降了29.82%和二羟甲基脲比例提高了1.98%;由该改性UF胶粘剂制备的刨花板,其内结合强度提高了44.9%。With hyperbranched PAMAMs(polyamide-amine)as modifier of UF(urea-formaldehyde resin),the influences of adding ways of PAMAMs on viscosity,solid content,curing time,curing characteristic,freeformaldehyde content,resin chemical structure,and mechanical strength of particleboard with this resin wereinvestigated. The research results showed that the modified UF had the relatively best property because its viscositywas decreased by 1.1 s,solid content was increased by 3.2%,and curing time was decreased by 39.1 s,but the freeformaldehyde content before and after modification was slightly changed when PAMAMs was introduced into systemat polycondensation stage. The curing rate and maximal elasticity modulus were increased but the curingtemperature was decreased of modified UF,and its structure was optimized because its methylene bridge bond ratiowas increased by 86.98%,methylene ether bond ratio was decreased by 29.82% and dimethylol urea ratio wasincreased by 1.98%. The internal bonding strength of particleboard,which was prepared by the modified UFadhesive,was increased by 44.9%.
