摘　　要：金刚砂线切割是太阳能板生产中即将大规模应用的技术,但尚无对其质量评估的量化设备。提出了一种在线式金刚砂线自动计数仪,可以实时计数金刚砂线上的颗粒数目,为金刚砂线的质量量化评估提供依据。考虑到高放大倍率下在线捕获的图像运动模糊,采用Lucy-Richardson算法去模糊化处理。实验表明,本设备可以准确计数金刚砂线上的颗粒。Diamond wire saw will be used in the production of solar panels in most country, but no stangard can judge its quality. This paper presents an on-line automatic counter, number of particles can be real-time counted. Considering the motion blur, the Lucy-Richardson algorithm is used to deblur. Experiments show that, this equipment can accurately count the number of diamond wire saw .
