摘  要:下腔静脉三尖瓣环峡部依赖的心房扑动导管消融已成为一种经常实施的手术,成功率高,是巨折返心律失常的原型。虽然导管消融峡部依赖的心房扑动已成为常规手术,但电生理实验中的不寻常表现并非少见。我们提供这一病例以揭示折返性心律失常和心房扑动的某些电生理原理。Catheter ablation of cavotricuspid isthmus dependent flutter has become a commonly performed procedure with high success rate and is a prototype of macro-re-entrant arrhythmia. Although catheter ablation of isthmus-dependent flutter has become a routine procedure, not infrequently, its behavior in the electrophysiology laboratory is unusual. We present one such case highlighting some of the principles of electrophysiology of re-entrant arrhythmia and atrial flutter.
