摘　　要：货车检修流程以及检修工艺的规范化,对所需的工装设备提出了更高的要求,原有标志板打号机在生产速度及质量上已不能满足货车轴承标志板刻打的需要。选用通用气动打标机,根据标志板规范,设计了标志板专用打号台,编写了相关数据录入软件,研发了新型轴承标志板打号机,较好满足了生产需求。The standardization of wagon repair and maintenance process puts forward higher requirements for the production tooling equipment,and the original logo board marking machine cannot meet the needs of production speed and quality.Using the general pneumatic marking machine,this paper designs the special logo board making table according to the specification of logo board,and develops the data entry software and the new marking machine of bearing logo board,which can better meet the production requirements.
