摘 要:自行设计和研制了一套多分支水平井产能模拟实验装置。该装置由密封水箱、注水管、排水控制阀和模拟地层组成。模拟地层中设计了1个主井眼和4个分支井眼,分支角度均为75°。通过对分支井的操作,设计7种不同的分支形态,可对分支数量、分支长度、分支间距和分支布置方式对产能的影响进行模拟实验。实验表明:3个分支的产能最大,4个分支产能次之,2个分支的产能最小;分支数量相同时,适当缩短部分分支的长度可增大产能;分支间距为240mm比分支间距80mm的最终产能大;异侧2个分支比同侧2个分支的产能大。A set of experiment device is designed and developed to simulate the productivity of multilateral horizontal well.It is made of a sealed water box,aplexiglass tube,a drainage control valve and a block of simulation formation.One main wellbore and 4branches wellbores are designed in the simulation formation,and all of the branch angles are 75°.Seven kinds of branch morphologies are designed through operating the branch wellbore.Simulation experiments are carried out to test productivity influenced by the number of the branches,the length of the branches,the spacing of the branches and the layout of the branches.The experimental results show that the productivity is the largest to 3branches,the second to 4branches and the least to 2branches.To the same number of branch,the productivity is larger when the length of branch is shortened properly.The final productivity with the branch spacing of 240 mm is larger than that with the branch spacing of 80 mm.The productivity will increase when the 2branches are arranged on the different side instead of the same side.
