摘  要:采用高精度三维雕刻机雕刻出小尺寸管式五孔探针的球形探头,通过拼接完成五孔探针的制作,研发了高精度五孔探针校准实验台,在小型直流风洞的出风口对小尺寸管式五孔探针进行了校准,提出了基于低风速校准的三维风速线性插值识别方法并进行了验证。结果表明,研制的小尺寸管式五孔探针成本低,制作方便且有良好的加工精度,研发的成套校准技术能快速完成校准曲线且数据可靠,提出的线性插值算法对三维风速识别有很高的精度,开发的小尺寸管式五孔探针和校准技术有较好的应用前景。The five-hole probe is an important equipment for testing complex three-dimensional wind speed.A type of small tubular five-hole probe and sets of calibration techniques are developed.High-precision threedimensional engraving machine is used to carve out spherical probe,and the small size tubular five-hole probe tube is produced through stitching.A high-precision five-hole probe calibration bench is developed,and the tubular five-hole probe is installed at the air outlet of a small DC wind tunnel for calibration.The threedimensional wind speed linear interpolation recognition method based on low wind speed calibration is proposed and is verified.The results show that the small size tubular five-hole probe developed by engraving technology is low cost,easy to make and have a good precision,and the developed calibration technique can quickly complete sets of calibration curves and the data are reliable.The proposed linear interpolation algorithm for identifying three-dimensional wind velocity has high accuracy.Thus the small size tubular five-hole probe and sets of calibration technology have a good application prospect.
