摘　　要：随着高等学校与企业信息化的飞速发展,对于全面支撑信息系统运行和业务连续性的数据中心建设越来越受到关注。阐述了在高楼层环境下数据中心建设面临的挑战,重点总结了在供配电系统以及制冷系统设计方面的经验和体会。With the rapid development of the informationization of modern enterprises,the construction of Internet data center（IDC）that supports the uninterruptible operation of the enterprise information systems is being paid more attention to than ever.This paper is laid on the experience of CERNET IDC construction,which discusses the challenges of IDC construction within the higher floor of the tower building,especially summarizes the experience in the design of the power supply and distribution system,and the cooling system.Such experience may be beneficial to other relevant technicians and engineers.
