摘 要:为了提高逆变弧焊电源的效率及改善功率因数,本文提出了一种新型软开关逆变弧焊电源,整流电路采用三相功率因数补偿来改善电源的功率因数,逆变电路通过增加辅助开关管使变压器漏感的能量有规律的储存和释放,从而实现各个开关管零电压开通ZVS和零电流关断ZCS,降低了开关管在导通与关断时刻的损耗。通过对该新型电路的建模和分析,得出主电路参数,并对参数进行Saber仿真。仿真结果表明,开关管导通与关断时的电流与其两端电压之间的交叉区域明显减少,即实现了软开关技术,降低了开关管的损耗,提高了逆变弧焊电源整体的效率。该研究解决了传统的逆变弧焊电源存在的开关损耗大,占空比丢失等缺点。In order to improve the efficiency of the inverter arc welding power source and the power factor,this paper puts forward a new type of soft switching inverter arc welding power source,which rectifier adopts three-phase power factor compensation to improve the power factor of power supply,which the leakage inductance of the transformer regularly store and release energy by taking advantage of auxiliary switch tube in inverter circuit,so as to achieve Zero Current Switching (ZCS) turn-on and Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) turn-off and reduce the loss of switching tube.Through modeling and analysis of the new circuit,we attain the main circuit parameters,and have the parameters the saber simulation.The simulation results show that the area of overlap between the current and voltage decreased significantly at the time of switch tube turn-on and turn-off,which achieves the soft switch technology,which reduces the loss of the switch tube,which improves the efficiency of the whole inverter arc welding power source.The research improved the efficiency of the power supply,and overcomes the disadvantages about the traditional inverter arc welding power source,which the switching loss is great,and duty ratio loss is serious and so on.
