新型城镇化发展研究——以“百里汾河新型经济带”为例

摘　　要："百里汾河新型经济带"是临汾市经济社会发展的重要引领区.2012年,经济带的城镇化水平均超过了34%,进入了城镇化快速发展的阶段.然而,长期以来经济带城镇化呈现典型的粗放外延发展特征,存在城镇化水平总体滞后、城镇化严重滞后于工业化、以霍州为代表的资源枯竭型城市发展乏力、土地资源供给趋紧等一系列问题,因此,经济带应积极推进城镇化战略转型,走新型城镇化道路,坚持城镇化和工业化的良性互动,城镇化与新农村建设协调推进,生态文明与城镇化建设有机融合.＂A hundred miles of Fenhe new economic belt＂ is an important leading of economic and social development in Linfen. In 2012, the urbanization level of the economic belt is more than 34% , has entered the phase of rapid development of urbanization. For a long time, however, the economic belt of the urbanization presents typical extensive denotation, such as the level of urbanization lag, urbanization seriously lags behind the industrialization, the resource-exhausted cities represented by Huozhou development of a weak, tighter supply of land resources and a series of problems, low quality of urbanization, imbalance between urban and rural. Therefore, the economic belt should actively promote urbanization strategic transformation, follow a new path of urbanization, the benign interaction of urbanization and industrialization, the coordination of urbanization and new rural construction, the organic integration of ecological civilization and the urbanization construction.
