摘　　要：1996年以来,在国家大力支持下,广西实施了珠江流域防护林体系工程建设,已顺利完成了一、二期工程,现正在进行三期工程。珠江流域防护林体系建设工程的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益正逐步显现。With vigorous support from central government, Guangxi has been implementing the shelter forest system project of the Pearl River basin since 1996. Up to date, successful completion of the first two phases and the ongoing third phase of the mentioned project has given rise to tremendous ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits increasingly.
