摘　　要：旧城中心区更新不但是物质实体的更新,而且还承担着时代发展对城市中心城区现代多重功能要求的实现,是一个城市政治经济历史文化和谐交融,共同发展的结果,关乎着市民和城市的未来发展.面对旧城更新进行设计、合理地选取更新模式,成为了旧城更新的重点.To conserve Ganzhou old downtown is not only to renew its material substance, but also to update it to be a modem mul- tiple functional city. It relates to its people and the development of the city, resulting the harmony of the city~ political, economical and historical culture. How to design and select the renewal mode become the key point of the city renewal.
