摘　　要：目的统计2010-2013年大连口岸出入境人员传染病的感染情况,评估出入境人员的健康风险,为传染病监测和防控工作提供科学依据。方法对2010-2013年大连口岸出入境人员的传染病监测资料和流行病学调查结果进行统计分析。结果 2010-2013年4年间在大连口岸进行传染病监测体检共150 232人,检出各种传染病4 174例,总检出率2.7784%;其中乙肝表面抗原(HBs Ag)阳性为3 444例,丙肝抗体(Anti-HCV)阳性326例,梅毒250例,活动性肺结核130例,艾滋病24例。不同年份、不同职业、不同性别传染病检出率有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 HBs Ag阳性、梅毒和HCV-Ab阳性是大连口岸出入境人员中流行的主要传染病。应加强出入境人员的传染病监测,加大对此类人群卫生知识宣传和教育力度,提高其自我防范意识,制定有效的防控措施,防止传染病经国境口岸传播。Objective This article analyzes statistics of infectious diseases at Dalian Port from 2010 to 2013, as- sesses the health risks of entry - exit personnel, and provides a scientific basis to infectious disease surveillance and control work. Methods The infectious disease surveillance data and epidemiological findings of entry - exit per- sonnel at Dalian Port from 2010 to 2013 are comprehensive statistical analyzed. Results The general detectable rate is 2. 7784% （4,174 cases out of 150,232 people） for infectious diseases, of which 3,444 cases are HBsAg positive, 326 cases are Anti -HCV positive, 250 cases are treponema pallidum antibody positive, 130 cases are active pulmonary tuberculosis and 24 cases are Anti - HIV positive. Different years, occupations and sex are statis- tically significant to the infectious disease detection rate （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ） o Conclusion HBsAg positive, Anti -HCV and treponema pallidum antibody positive are the key infectious disease at Dalian Port. The effective preventing and monitoring mechanism for infectious diseases should be established, publicity and education should be strengthen, self - awareness of prevention should be enhanced, in order to prevent the spread of infectious disea- ses at frontier port.
