摘　　要：目的探讨国境口岸入境人员传染病监测模式。方法通过分析口岸传染病传入监测模式,提出针对性的应对措施建议。结果应通过建立监测网络、提高入境人员传染病检测抽检率等手段加强入境人员传染病监测检测工作。结论通过调整对入境人员传染病的监测检测模式,以有效提高国境口岸防控传染病传入的能力。Objective This article discusses the pattern of infectious diseases surveillance on entry personnel at ports. Methods Transmission modes of infectious diseases are analyzed and the corresponding advices are pro- posed. Results Monitor should be strengthened by increasing infectious diseases sample rate of entry personnel and building monitor network. Conclusion Monitoring pattern of infectious diseases for entry personnel should be modulated in order to improve the ability of effectively prevent and control of infectious disease.
