摘 要:以一起典型的线路单相接地故障为例,揭示了输电线路两端4台载波机中的一台未接收到"output1"命令的真正原因,并通过事后分析说明了载波允许式保护设置解除闭锁信号(Unblocking)的必要性;阐述了线路单相接地不同故障点对载波高频通道衰耗的影响;指出了在产生解除闭锁信号的主要原因中,载波机故障、通道中断等硬故障较容易被发现,而载波机收信裕度不够或线路故障时引起的电弧强干扰会使载波高频通道信噪比瞬间大幅降低,因此而导致的载波设备收信中断则很难判断;最后总结了防止解除闭锁信号频繁出现的有效措施。In the case of a typical circuit single-phase grounding fault, this paper reveals the real reason why one of the tour carriers located at both ends of the transmission line missing "outputl'command. Moreover, the necessity of setting unblocking signal in carrier permissive overreach transferring tripping mode is explained through analysis. It illustrates influence different single phase grounding fault points to the carrier high frequency channel attenuation, and emphasizes that among the cause of generating unblocking signal, carrier malfunction, channel interruption is relatively easy to spot, but the carrier receiving margin limitation and arc interference due to power line failure are difficult to judge due to a dramatically SNR instantaneous decreasing they caused. Lastly, some effective methods to avoid frequently occurring of unblocking signal were proposed.
