摘 要:介绍了光缆的光纤密度和填充密度概念,分析了光缆中光纤松套管内光纤芯数与管内径、光纤外径、光纤允许弯曲半径和光纤余长的关系,根据计算结果,首次在外径为2.5 mm的松套钢管内植入48根直径为200μm的G.657 A2细径光纤,制成的OPGW外径为12.6 mm,成缆后所有光纤在1 550 nm光波长的衰减均小于0.19 d B/km,应力应变和温度循环、与G.652D光纤接续等主要性能均符合相关要求。验证了G.657A2光纤可以与G.652光纤兼容和细径G.657A2在高填充密度光纤OPGW中的应用前景。This paper introduces the definition of fiber density and filling density, and analyzes the relationship among fiber core number in the loose tube, inner diameter of tube, outer diameter of fiber, fiber bending radius and fiber excess length. Based on the calculated results, 48pcs of 200 um G.657 A2 fibers are successfully put into the loose steel tube of 2.5 mm of outer diameter. The outer diameter of final created OPGW cable is 12.6 mm,theoptical loss of all cabled fibers is less than 0.19 dB/km, and the main performance including stress strain, temperature cycling and splice loss with G.652D fiber meet the relevant specifications. The compatibility ofG.657 A2 fiber and G.652 fiber is proved, and the application prospect of small diameter ofG.657 A2 fiber in OPGW cable with high filling density is presented.
