摘　　要：目前邮轮产业已成为现代旅游业中发展最为迅猛的行业。浙江作为一个旅游大省,兼具发展海洋旅游的地理优势,具备了发展邮轮旅游的各项基础。分析了浙江在邮轮旅游人才培养方面的现状及存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。Cruise industry has been vigorously developing in China.Zhejiang ,a well-received tourist destination and coastal province ,has merits of developing cruise tourism.This paper analyses the present state and current problems of talent training for cruise tourism in Zhejiang Province ,and puts forward some constructive suggestions.
