摘 要:二次滤网结构对凝汽器循环水的杂质和流动的均匀性有很大的影响,改进二次滤网结构能够提高凝汽器循环水冷却效率。针对电站二次滤网结构发生堵塞现象以及凝汽器循环水冷却效率不高的问题,提出了使用有限元技术改进二次滤网结构的方法。利用FLUENT6.3模拟软件,对比不同二次滤网的结构水流动情况下的受力分析,得出二次滤网井字型结构的受到水流阻力小于常规的圆形孔型,提高了二次滤网的效率,具有一定参考意义。the structure of secondary filter have a great influence on condenser circulating water impurity and the flow uniformity. The improved structure can improve cooling effectiveness of condenser circulating water. Because the structure of secondary filter present the blocking phenomenon and cooling efficiency is not high, the finite element technology is used in the improvement of secondary filter structure. The force analysis of secondary filter in different flow is compared by using the FLUENT 6.3 soft. Simulation results show that, compared with round pass structure, the water resistance of the well-shape secondary filter is smaller in the same flow rate limit. It improve the cooling efficiency and has directive significance.
