摘　　要：为满足电动煤层气钻机自主配套的需要,在吸收国内外先进顶部驱动钻井装置(简称顶驱装置)设计经验的基础上,研制了BOMCO煤层气钻机专用电直驱顶驱。介绍了该顶驱装置的结构方案、技术参数等情况。重点介绍了电机直驱技术、浮动缓冲短节、前开口浮动背钳等结构特点。The Top Drive was developed to meet the need of self-supporting for BOMCO Electricity Powered CBM Drill Rig on the basis of advanced experience from domestic and foreign top drive drilling system. The configuration scheme and the technical parameter are presented in the paper. During the paper, the design features of the system is the main content, such as hydraulic control high pressure valve, bigger diameter and bigger span frame, and so on.Test result indicated that the design requirements are satisfied and the top drive meets the requirements for drilling and the sampling working.
