摘　　要：光束整形作为提高半导体激光阵列光束质量的有效手段,近年来得到了人们越来越多的关注。综述了几种典型的半导体激光阵列整形技术,详细介绍了近年来半导体激光光束整形的最新进展,分析了各种整形方法的技术特点,总结了半导体激光阵列整形技术的发展趋势。Beam shaping is an effective way to improve the beam quality of the laser diode arrays and has attracted more and more interest in recent years. The typical methods of beam shaping of laser diode arrays are briefly introduced. The new development of beam shaping of laser diode is presented. The characteristic of those techniques are analyzed and a review on development for this technique is made.
